Administration panel log in page
Go to the administration panel log-in on your page. This is how you access your secure area of administration. We give you an account username and password to be inserted in the blanks. After filling in the blanks press the login button. .

Admin control panel main page
Go to the Admin control panel of your main page. What you see now is the main page of the Admin Control Panel. On the upper right corner is a red circle with a question mark on it. By moving your cursor over it, you can find additional information about this page. It gives you general information about the site content:
a Statistics box which shows you the number of content items,
a System Overview,
Reminders
Last 10 Search Engine Spiders Hits.
The menu from the left of the page is to be accessed if you want to actually perform any changes on your site.

List all modules
If you want to edit or delete a module, click on the List Modules option. What you can see now is a table with all your modules (non- static pages) with the links which bring users to them, their type and published/unpublished status. From here you can edit or delete any of them by pressing on the edit or delete icon on the right. If you want to add (clone) a module, than click on Clone Module Option from the left menu.

Clone module
Select a module to be cloned: Articles, Gallery or Links. Then press select.

List all static pages
Under the category pages on the left menu you can chose to list static pages, so that you can edit or delete one of them. Here we have a list of all static pages, a link to them and their published/unpublished status. If you choose to edit one of them, click on the edit icon and if you choose to delete it click on delete icon.

Add static page content
To add a static page press on Add static page option from the left menu. Type the content of the page in the box content.

Add static page additional information
In the additional information category fill in the blanks: Page title, Link – a word which describes best the page content. Meta keywords are the keywords placed for search engines, as well as meta description. If you want to publish the page immediately select yes at published request. If necessary browse for a graphic symbol to be attached at the page. After inserting all the information in the blanks, press add page.

Manage menus
On this page you have a list of menus. You can manage them by editing or deleting any of existing menus. Click on edit icon to make changes in a menu.

Manage one menu
The first table represents the current items for selected menu. Here you can change their position or delete any of them.

Scroll down if you want to add new items to your menu from the existing modules or from site’s pages by pressing the Add this item to menu option.

List articles
In the upper bar you can select to list articles from all modules and categories or from one specific module or category. Below this you have a table containing the articles list with a short description of every article, information about its submission date, the module or category it belongs to, published/unpublished status. You can chose to edit or delete any of them by pressing edit or delete icon on the right of the table.

Add new article
Type the content of the article in the content box.

Add new article additional information
In the additional information compartment you have to choose the parent of the article, or the module/category the article will belong to. Type the title of the article in the title blank. Add a short description, to inform the user what the article is about before he accesses it. Add Meta Keywords and Meta description for search engines. You have other additional options as Print, Download as PDF or email to a friend.

List all news
By listing the all news you are giving a list of existing news. You can change their position in the news bar of the site, edit or delete any of them.

Add news
To add news simply fill in the blanks: News title, Content and Bottom Notes if necessary. Then click add to instantly add your news.

Add new link
To add a new link, first type the link title then the URL which is the actual address the link will lead to. Select a parent module – a module the link will belong to. Fill in a description of the link containing the information about the page the link leads to. Press the add button to add the link instantly.

List gallery items
Here you are given a list of all photos or images from your site, with their title, parent or the module they belong to, thumbnail – the image itself. You can edit or delete any of gallery items by pressing on edit or delete icon on the right of the table.

Add new gallery item
To add a new gallery item, you have to choose the parent or the module it will belong to, to type the title, a description explaining the appearing gallery image and a link to the address of image’s relevance. After filling in Meta keywords and Meta Description for search engines upload the picture itself by browsing for it in your computer. Press the add item button.

List & add images. Uploaded photos
Here you have a list of pictures uploaded and ready for use. You can insert one of the pictures in an article or static page.
To insert a picture in your text article or static page, click on the option add new article or static page on the left menu, look on the toolbar of the content box for a symbol of the picture, which is the fourth in the third line of the toolbar, press on it and it will select the picture to be inserted from this uploaded images store.

To upload other images to this store browse for them in you computer by clicking the browse button on the right table.
