ALL INFORMATION ON THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED TO USERS ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.

In the event that you have a dispute with your service provider, you release DotBoost Technologies (and our staff) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

6. Linked Internet Sites

The links in our Web Site will let the user leave our Web Site. The linked sites are not under the control of DotBoost Technologies, and DotBoost Technologies is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to our Web Site. DotBoost Technologies is providing these links as a convenience to users, and access to any other internet sites linked to our Web Site is at the user's own risk. The inclusion of any link does not imply a recommendation or endorsement by DotBoost Technologies of the linked site.

7. Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with DotBoost Technologies, or in any way relating to your use of the Web Site, resides in the courts of the Province of Ontario and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Province of Ontario in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving DotBoost Technologies or its affiliates, staff and content providers. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

8. Complete Agreement

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A PARTICULAR "LEGAL NOTICE" ON THE SITE, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DotBoost Technologies WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE WEB SITE AND ANY CONTENT OR SERVICE CONTAINED THEREIN.
