Business Locate, Inc. is a leading provider of Internet Marketing services for real estate agents worldwide. The client was interested in a new project, an "online powerhouse" where potential property buyers can meet real estate agents, an efficient solution acting as a single gateway to real-estate communities all over USA.
The gateway would allow Users/clients to locate and evaluate proposals from independent third party real estate professionals. The Users would supply RealEstateAgent.com with information about the property they want to sell or hope to buy and would be automatically matched with real-estate agents in their geographical area of interest.

Analyzing all of the client requirements we suggested a business model based on a subscription service: interested real-estate agents would pay a monthly fee and use the RealEstateAgent website as a lead generation tool.
The development team proposed a vertical e-marketplace solution where the RealEstateAgent website serves as a front end for the end-users: people looking to buy, rent or sell property in USA. A powerful search tool gives them access to real-estate agents in their area of interest.
Meanwhile, behind the scenes, massive database management functions are being handled. The real estate agents are immediately noticed with an e-mail when a potential client is interested in their services.
The application includes a Content Management System able to efficiently maintain and edit its numerous news sources and an Electronic Payment System able to process credit cards, money order checks, e checks and certified checks; it also has the ability to create dynamic offer like discounts, rebates, and gift certificates.
By using PHP and the industry standard Zend Framework the resulting enterprise-grade Web application is easy to learn and use and flexible enough to modify or add new features when necessary.
